We LOVE newbies at Fort Hunt Pilates! We can’t wait to meet you and introduce to the best exercise equipment on this planet!
We have two options for our new clients.
The first option is to start with a one on one private session where we really tailor your first Reformer workout specifically to your needs. During this session we will go over your history, your current biomechanics, discuss your goals and make recommendations on how to proceed. Nothing beats this kind of one on one introduction. We recommend this option to all of our new clients, but especially to those who have injuries and/or are over 65 years old. A second option is to start with a Back to Basics group class. You can schedule it right on our website. While we think that starting with a private session is best, we do not want to discourage new clients from starting with a more economical group class option. If you workout regularly, don’t have major injuries or just not ready to commit to a private session, this option is great for you. We would love to hear from you ahead of your first class ideally.
